The resort is clean with a nice view of the park. The family-friendly rooms are brand new and the staff, including the day shift manager, are decent. The location is magnificent, right next to the super fun indoor water park and close to Cedar Point and Great Wolf Lodge.

Design of this hotel is amazing. Room is big.
Signal is so bad. Twin size bed is not so comfortable. The temperature in the room is unstable.

We liked the hotel; it was perfect for what we needed. the location was exceptionally nice, with a short walk to the waterpark, the park in the evenings, and the restaurant. the food, service, and price were very good.

Accommodating for late arrivals. Rooms for more than 4 people are very nice.
